G+A: beach wedding, a barefoot party on the sand

Planning a beach wedding is the dream of many, but not everyone knows that it requires careful and meticulous organisation.

In fact, Giada and Alessandro decided to rely on us to make their dream come true.

Now let us give you some advice if you are thinking of getting married on the sand too.

  1. Choice of beach: it is unfortunately not true that all beaches are suitable for such an event. First of all, you have to deal with owners who are very helpful and ready to see their establishment completely transformed. After that, it is necessary to have large enough spaces without umbrellas to hold the ceremony and to be able to position the tables for dinner
  2. Use of the kitchen: remember that the caterer needs ample space to work and to carry out preparations. Their arrival is expected as early as the early hours of the morning
  3. Since you decide to get married on the beach, you have to consider that this is a public place, so the presence of some curious bathers ready to photograph the bride’s arrival will be inevitable
  4. It is best to warn your guests of the likelihood that they will end up barefoot all day. .
  5. Does the beach you have chosen also have a Plan B? This is perhaps the biggest stumbling block as very few establishments can guarantee an indoor area in case of rain.
  6. Last but not least, the use of music. Many beaches have a concession to hold music until late, others do not. This leads to two problems: the first is that you may be forced to turn off the music very early, the second that if music and parties are allowed on the beach next to yours, you may find yourself having to listen to unwelcome music.

So if your dream is to say ‘yes’ in front of the sound of the waves and with your bare feet on the sand, then start planning your day well in advance or you risk missing out on some crucial detail.
